Robert R. Naidu, Sr.

On Thursday, October 18, 2018, Robert R. Naidu, Sr., age 70, sadly passed away. Robert was born on July 10, 1948 in Fiji Island. Known to all as an adoring husband, father and grandfather.  Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Mun Sami and Tanjamma Naidu, and father in-law Arne Hanna. He is survived by his wife Kim, whom he was happily married to for over 45 years, his four children, Amie, Robbie (Rachel), Scott (Renee), Bridget (Max), former son in-law Nigel, Mother in-law Opal Hanna, and his six siblings. 

Robert (lovingly known as Tata) was a man of faith and had a passion for life! With his kind and compassionate spirit, Tata made friends everywhere he went. Tata loved feeding others, playing dominoes, gardening, laughing and sharing stories with his beautiful grandchildren: Kasey, Jordan, Trey, Amare, Teia and Tessa. He was selfless in life and in death, and taught unconditional love through his actions. He was loved dearly his whole life and will be forever there after.

A Celebration of Life was held for Robert with his dearest family and friends. To honor our dear Tata’s giving nature, please consider being of service to your community and others. Plant a tree or a garden, cook a meal for a friend, donate or support a noble cause or commit to a daily kindness in his memory. Donations in Robert’s behalf may be sent to the First Christian Church (495 E. Bakerview Rd., Bellingham, WA.) or the American Heart Association.
