Robert "Bob" Allen Green

Robert (Bob) Allen Green, age 64, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018 after a long and courageous battle with both dementia and multiple recurrences of debilitating cancer. Bob was born on May 19, 1953 to Betty (Duppenthaler) Green and Buford Green both of Bellingham. He is survived by his wife Karen Green, son James and his wife Lacey, son Ronnie and his partner Gabby, daughter Mary and her husband Kory and daughter Nicole and her husband Jake; grandson Shaun and granddaughters Jamie, Ehlsey, Kali and Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Bethel Woodell. Bob was a proud lifetime resident of Whatcom County. He grew up in the Geneva area of Bellingham surrounded by his maternal grandparents and a large extended family. He attended grade school in the same school attended by his grandmother. He graduated from Sehome High School in 1971 and worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Bob enjoyed Mule Deer hunting, American muscle cars, Lionel trains and above all else time spent with his beloved family. He will be profoundly missed by his two constant four legged companions Josie and Tiger. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2018, 2:00 PM at Enterprise Cemetery, 7041 Vista Drive, Ferndale, WA 98248.
