Nadine Rae Bowler

Nadine Rae Bowler age 85, wife, mother and dear friend, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024 at The Bellingham at Orchard Memory Care Residence.  She had been battling dementia for the last 15 months. 

Nadine is survived by her husband of 12 years, Stuart; children, Marlene Richardson (Steve), Kristi Brooks (Keith) and Warren Swanson;  step children, Lesley Boyd, Kristen Marere (Patrick) and Kim Sylvester (John); grandchildren, Bethany and Daniel Leaf; step grandchildren, JR Boyd, Nick Sylvester and Georgia Marere. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Swanson (1992), her father Gil Haggen (1997), her mother Clara Haggen (Stroups) (2004) and her brother Glen Haggen (1993).

Nadine and Stuart graduated from Bellingham High School in 1956.  It was after the loss of their spouse’s that they were reunited their 55^th class reunion.  They were married 3 months later after a short courtship.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
