Lisa Kay Haddock

Lisa Kay Haddock, age 56, of Bellingham passed away suddenly on Dec 29, 2017. She was born on May 5, 1961 in Fairfield, CA at Travis Air Force Base to Barry R. & Mary E. (Yoder) Haddock. Lisa graduated from Ferndale High School in 1979. She started working at Haggen Grocery Store in 1979 and retired last year after working there for 37 years. Lisa was a devoted pet owner to her many animals over the years, but the love of her life was her miniature dachshund, Louie. He provided great company for her.  She thought he was the sweetest dog that ever lived. Lisa cherished the many dear friendships she made over the years, from her lifelong childhood friends, to her Haggen family, to her wonderful neighbors at her condominium complex. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Haddock, and her niece Lindsay Haddock. She is survived by her father, Barry Haddock and step-mom Lois Wilkinson Haddock, brothers Mike Haddock and Richard Haddock, nephew Travis Haddock and niece Jamie Haddock. A memorial open house will be held on January 20 from 2:00-4:00pm at Portal Creek Park, 6350 Portal Way Ferndale, WA. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
