Fred Christiansen

Fred Christiansen, age 92, of Blaine passed away in Blaine Friday, October 16, 2015. Fred was born September 6, 1923 in Sogne, Norway to parents Charley and Harriet Kristiansen.  Fred was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Henry and Ivar; his wife Audrey and Fred is survived by his sons, Paul Christiansen of Issaquah and Norman Christiansen of Sudden Valley; daughters, Roberta Gall of Jackson, New Jersey and Rhonda Friend and her husband Bruce of West Long Branch, New Jersey; grandchildren, Erika, Laura, Julie and Matthew; brothers, Rolf Kristiansen of Oyslebo, Norway and Willy and his wife Gerd Christiansen of Brooklyn, New York; sister, Edith Bendiksen of Sogne, Norway; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.  A graveside services will be held at Blaine City Cemetery, Wednesday, October 21, 2015, 11:00 AM with Chaplain Ron Buchinski officiating.
