Christopher Michael Renner went home to be with his Lord on April 11,2025. He was born on September 23,1970 in Renton, WA. The family lived in West Seattle before moving to Oregon for a year, before returning to West Seattle for a short time and then finally settling in Covington, WA. Chris spent a few years in Phoenix, AZ which he enjoyed immensely, forming good friendships. He eventually moved up to Bellingham, WA. It was here that he met the love of his life, Chanda. They were married on April 30, 2016.
Chris loved to ask questions of anyone he met. Most of them were either deep or thought-provoking questions. He was a lover of sports, especially football. He often remembered events by Super Bowls. He didn’t have a favorite style of music but enjoyed many genres. He did have a great love for Star Wars. His favorite was the dark side. He was often watching, or had some sort documentary on in the background. The topics varied from world history, United States history, or sports. His most favorite subject to talk about though was Jesus. He gave his life to Jesus Christ as a child and continued to seek God growing in his faith. Even in his death Chris was serving the Lord.
He is survived by wife Chanda. Parents Michael and Mary Allison. Brother Jeff (Katie) Allison and nephew Connor. In-laws Gary and Janet Armstrong. Brother-in-law Travis (Beth) Armstrong and nieces and nephews Katiree, Tate, Zane, Kezia, and Emberlee. Along with many uncles, aunts and cousins. He is proceeded in death by biological father Jerry Renner, nephew Adrian Allison. Along with all his grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday April 25, 2025 at 3PM. Location is Good Shepherd Bible Church, Bellingham, Washington. In-lieu of flowers donation can be made to Missions at Good Shepherd Bible Church or the charity of your choice in his name.
