Christopher James Allen

Christopher James Allen was born in Walla Walla, WA to Larry and Patricia Allen on January 22nd 1985.  He passed away on January 28th 2017 at the age of 32.  He was raised in Bellingham from the age of 2.  He could be found swimming and wakeboarding on Lake Whatcom in the summer and skiing off cliffs and jumps at Mt Baker in the winter.  After graduating Squalicum High School, he attended Big Bend Community college where he obtained his private pilots license.  CJ was a commercial crab fisherman.  He is survived by his parents, 2 year old son Logan Allen, and his sister Tricia Stabenfeldt. He is preceded in death by his brother Mathew Allen.  A celebration of CJs life will be held at the family home this Saturday, February 4th from 2-4 PM.  Donations in CJs memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
