Carol Ann Wolcott

Carol Ann Wolcott of  Ferndale, departed this earth suddenly on January 20th 2016 at the age of 67.

Carol was born January 15th 1949 to Connie and Richard Loomis in Mt. Vernon, WA. She grew up in the town of Conway and graduated from Conway grade school, Mt. Vernon High School and Whatcom Community College.

She enjoyed playing cards, music, traveling and camping, instilling that love to her kids and grandkids. She volunteered for many band trips while her kids were in high school. She was the first girl in high school to take shop class.

Throughout most of her career, Carol was involved with early childhood, social work and being a Visiting Angel.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Kari (Jim) Fenton, Anna (Bob) Morton and son Jerrod(Heather) Chadbourne; brothers David and Glenn Loomis, sisters Donna Pritchett and Marcie North. She also had four grandchildren whom she cherished with all her heart. Cameron, Emily and Gordon Chadbourne and Travis Walbrun. Also numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends too many to mention.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry, mother Connie and brother Michael.

The thing that she loved the most was spending time with her family. Her tall tales and big smile will be missed by all.
